Years later, Chewy.com is a major success. What changed? Well, one major thing is people being more comfortable ordering everything online plus more people being online.
Another failed startup of the 90’s was Kosmo. They offered local delivery of food and other items. Today, companies like DoorDash and others are billion dollar companies doing the same thing. Kosmo’s timing was off.
